About Jill Kesler

(Owner • Teacher)

Jill graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from University of Utah with a degree in painting and drawing and a focus on the figure. Her favorite medium is oil paint. Jill went on to get a Masters of Arts in Education at Pepperdine University with credentials to teach Art K-12 as well as Multiple Subject K-6. She had 4 years teaching in the classroom in California. She has also taught pre-school at Super Start Preschool in Draper for 3 years.

Jill was the Meet the Masters Chairperson at Willow Springs Elementary. The first year the school opened, she was the PTA President. After a successful fundraiser, she brought the art program to the school and continued to run it for 8 years. She volunteered countless hours ordering and organizing supplies, training docents, running assemblies, and teaching lessons in the classrooms. It was a very successful program that is still enjoyed by the students today.

In 2011, Jill earned the “Apex Volunteer of the Year” for the Canyons School District.

Jill is a mother of three amazing children. There’s nothing she loves more than being a mom and connecting with kids. She has a passion for the arts and is so excited to share that magic with others in the CREATE BLISS ART SCHOOL!
